One of the best parts of being a wedding photographer is when an old friend gets in touch about her big day. So I was delighted to head down to Ashland for Rhea's wedding, and to meet her husband and family. Such a lovely day! Here are a few early favorites, I can't wait to share more soon!
Heidi and Dustin's beautiful summer wedding was on a bright and hot day at the end of June, but it was such a delight to photograph! Partly because of how lovely and easy-going the couple and their friends and family were, and partly because there were so many fun little stories going on throughout the day.
Burt proposed to Emily earlier this week, and then we walked around the Portland Waterfront and took photos together. They were SO happy and relieved and excited and adorable. It was a great afternoon.
Compared to the crazy weather Portland has had for the last month or so, the snowfall on Lisa and Michael's beautiful Elder Hall wedding looks fairly quaint, but I remember being pretty concerned about the weather the day before. . . but Elder Hall in North Portland is such a lovely, warm place to come in out of the snow. Add some delicious food, whiskey, and good friends and family and the day turned out perfect - intimate, warm, and a ton of fun. I am so honored to have been a part of it!
Lisa + Michael and their families and friends braved the weather this weekend for a beautiful snowy wedding at Elder Hall in North Portland. I can't wait to show off the rest of their beautiful wedding photos!
Such a lovely wedding day at beautiful Zenith Vineyard in Salem, Oregon. We lucked out with gorgeous weather (well, gorgeous for me - I love a moody sky in photos!) and a super smooth day. It was lovely to spend time with Paula and Mike and their lovely families and see their vision for their big day come to fruition!
So excited to share Kyle + Kristin's beautiful Crag Rat Hut wedding photography. I've been looking forward to this lovely wedding since Kyle + Kristin's Trillium Lake engagement session several months ago, and it didn't disappoint. A beautiful ceremony, delicious dinner, fun dancing and a gorgeous sunset - who could ask for more with this amazing couple?
It was a beautiful, sunny day at Timberline when these two celebrated their wedding. I was only there for a short, 4-hour window, but between the lovely intimate tea ceremony, the ceremony beneath the giant peak of Mt. Hood, and the gorgeous sunset, I'd say we got a lot done!
Congratulations on a lovely day, you two!
